>Summary: This particular race of subjects is of utmost pecularity. First and foremost, the exhibit what our examiners have claimed to be "dual-cortex" or two brains, seemingly. For the longest time we were uncertain as to why, but now I propose I have thus uncovereed the true nature of this physioligy and its "purpose".

>For you see, the ◆◆◆◆ this aspect of their peculiar biology actually comes in handy with a very particular behavior that they have been shown to exhibit from time to time. As they have interacted with the patient we have been closely monitoring through our agent network (as well as anything/anyone closely adjacent, we have to get creative due to his obscene level of "perceptiveness"), we have uncovered a pattern of behavior most notable. As they interact with him, one signature that we pick up always seems to "spawn", almost out of nowhere right along with them. And as they interact with the patient, we then notice them begin to invoke a very particular "polarity" of response - that is to say, the nature of their interaction tends to take one either a "posititvity" or "negativity" in nature for the primarary participant interacting with the patient; while "the other" tends to take on the opposite polarity. This "channeling" so to speak, has lead us to believe that this technique is what allows them to achieve "higher forms" of thought that would otherwise not be possible.

>For every thought, for every insight, there is a weighted "counter" thought that comes along with it. And this pattern is ABSOLUTE - it seems to be the case no matter what the nature of the insight is. It is by the nature of this interaction that one "side" of this tug-o-war can tell the other to essentially "return" at any moment, leaving just the purely higher thoughtform intact to then be articulated.

 I was feeling particularly despotic and lethargic the other day. I got up, unable to even collect my thoughts. It was about 6 in the evening, and the sun was still blazing. I asked for the car keys from my mother, told her I was going to the park, she obliged and handed them to me. I got in the car and started driving. And I just drove. I drove northward on I-45. I drove while listening to some jams here and there, then I drove silently, as I reflected. I drove while having one of my many arguments in my head with whatever thought up party of my imagining, and then I drive silently - completely - not thinking about anything at all. The Ashen Faction

The Ashen Faction, known immemorially as "The Greys" are a demographic shrouded in mystery. They do not have a traditional "House" system much like the other races and peer-astra, instead opting for a much more collectivist approach to their governance and sociological affairs. Their interim point of origin is the Zeta Reticuli system, but next to nothing is known of their Originus-Nativus (Native-Origin planet/system). The only things that have been discerned of them is that they, essentially, are a "race" in name only, and are in fact "androids" - for their bodies are fabricated autonomously by machines, then imprinted with autonomic relays, and their brains implanted with neurological nets that enact priosapience (post-manifold level thinking). Your Friend, The 4D+ Being.

          Imagine for a moment you have this friend, and this friend is not like any other normal friend. No, no. This friend has very unique and profound characteristics particular and distinct to him/her that none of your regular " human " friends possess. This friend is a person whom exists on a dimensional plane and scale much higher than your own or anyone else that you know of. And because of this, their behavior and personal aspects about them are very peculiar and hard to " pin down ". What's more, they're a rite pain in the ass to get a hold of through most forms of communication; furthermore, you speak different languages... sort of (we'll get more into that later).
